Home Exchange is very simple! 1. Register your home for exchange (No obligation). 2. Find a home in the area you like and where the owner wants to come to your area. 3. Agree the cost difference. 4. Contact your solicitors. Thats it! No chain. No Estate Agents and No expense.
We don't want to be the same as all the other home exchange sites. WE ARE DIFFERENT! Instead of charging an up front fee of £100 - £250 for a whole year we only charge you for the time your home is on display. Register your home once and then only pay for the times you want it on display. Advertise for 1 month or 12 months and it still only costs the same. £4.99 per month. But don't forget, for now it FREE!

Once you have registered your home exchange it will always be there for you to show off to the world. If your display time has run out, don't worry. All your details are still recorded so the next time you want to display it on the site you won't have to re-type all the details.
Anyone interested in your home exchange can see all the details you have added displayed on the site. If they like it they can contact you directly using our confidential email system. We will keep you informed about everything that happens with your home exchange by email so you'll always be up to date.

How do I register? Just follow these simple steps:

Register a few contact details about yourself and some details about your home

Add at least one photograph of your home and give us a bit more infomation for the details page.

Tell us exactly when you want to display your home on the site and (when we start charging) pay via PayPal.
