Banner Advertising- Advertise for as little as £1 a day
Anyone who has an interest in the housing market will appreciate that hitting the right audience at the right time is of great importance. Here, we offer companies and professionals the chance to really target their organisation to a particular postcode area and showcase their service at exactly the right time.
We offer two types of advert to suit either a ‘local’ company or for the larger organisations offering regional or national services:
· Standard and large. For local advertising.
· Global. For regional and national advertising.
Standard and Large adverts. This type of advert is based on the search results for a particular postcode. i.e. if a visitor to the eDomicile web site is interested in looking for a house in Bath then he would do a search in the BA postcode area. If you have purchased advertising space for that postcode your advert will also show on the results page. Conversely, it would NOT show if a search was done in another postcode area. This ensures that you accurately target your chosen area. You can of course purchase advertising space for more than one postcode. This type of advert is available in 2 sizes:
· Standard. Approximately 4.5cm x 5cm
· Large. Approximately 4.5cm x 10cm
The postcode for this type of advert is defined as the first 2 digits. i.e. CF, BA or SN Therefore, your advert will be displayed for any search which contains those letters. i.e. CF5 or CF15.
Global adverts. Companies who can offer their services on a more general scale may prefer to target audiences NOT based on a particular postcode or area. This type of advert will show on all eDomicile web pages EXCEPT the home page or search pages which return a result. This means your advert will be displayed in all but 2 pages on the site and includes the Members Home area for property editing, buying credits and statistics page. Your advert is seen every time a user logs in no matter what he or she does does! Global adverts are only available in large format and limited to a maximum of two.
Your advert will be displayed. We want your advert to be seen so we don’t take more adverts than can be displayed on a single page. That means we limit our displays to: two large, 4 standard or 1 large and 2 standard on a single page.
We reserve the right to refuse any adverts we feel are inappropriate without stating our reasons.

Advertising space is booked per day. See our pricing page for payment rates. All payments must be made in advance. Discounts are available for bulk purchases. Please contact us by e-mail info@e-domicile.com for more information. Payment cannot be made via the web site.
An advert design service is available for those who require it. Please ensure that all adverts conform to the stated sizes as failure to do so will result in a slight distortion for which we will not be held responsible.
